Summer Reading for Adults

Why should kids have all the fun this summer? You can have fun by participating in the Eagle Valley Library District's Adult Summer Reading Program "Libraries Rock!". Become a community reader this summer! Find great books, share your favorite reads and enjoy engaging events at the libraries.

From June 1 - August 31, adults (18 or older) will have an opportunity to get fun prizes for book lovers just for reading! Sign up at the Eagle Valley Libraries, get your bag of goodies and start earning prizes! If you prefer, you can download your summer reading log here.

How It Works:

Spend your summer reading great books and win fabulous prizes!

  • Complete 10 tasks on the summer reading log and bring your log to the library for a prize.
  • Complete all the tasks on the summer reading log and turn your log into the library for a chance to win the grand prize!

Grand Prize:

Participants need to complete all the tasks on the summer reading log to be entered in the drawing for a $50 Bookworm, City Market or Costco gift card. Prizes to be collected at the EVLD branch of your choice. You must have a Eagle Valley Library District library card to win. Need one? It’s free!

Finding Books:

We love to talk about books. Just ask at the Reference Desk for help. Use our online resources to help find books at evld.opac.marmot.org.
