Join Eagle Valley Library District and Holly Beavers of Energy Exchange as we take time to take to STRETCH. Stretching is an important part of overall heath and well being. This three part series can be found on Eagle Valley Library District's facebook page. No need to feel intimidated as these stretches are designed for all ages and abilities and can be done from the comfort of you own home.

In week one we will incorporate all levels of flexibility to move your body and be connected to you and your breath.
Week two: You are ready now!
In week two we will work on standing balancing poses to strengthen your body, while stretching and create space for something new!
Week three: Be a Yes to Relax
In week three we will explore opening in your physical body to notice sensations you have both in the physical body and emotional self.
