Making changes in your health can be challenging! Join guests Rick Bradley and Roz Fowler for a discussion on implementing the lifestyle from the book How Not To Die by Dr. Michael Greger.

Roz Fowler is a registered dietitian with a degree in nutrition from Colorado State University. Her experience includes diabetes education with the American Diabetes Association and the Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes in Denver. She was a health educator with Health Management Resources for over 25 years, specializing in risk factor management and weight loss. Currently, she is an educator and health coach with Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation and is excited to be involved in the new Diabetes Prevention Program at Valley View. Roz is passionate about helping others make healthy lifestyle choices to maintain a high quality of life.

Rick Bradley has a master’s degree in the Exercise Sciences from Sacramento State, including Exercise Physiology and Health Education. He has been interested in exercise his entire life. For the past five years he has been involved in clinical lifestyle modification programs. Rick is also spearheading the new Diabetes Prevention Program at Valley View.
