Free Event with Karen Anderson
Start 2018 off with a little bit of JOY. In this workshop, we'll explore the causes and obstacles of joy and then we'll engage in a mediation practice to cultivate joy and share it with others. Join Karen to learn some meditation techniques. Meditation is a traditional way to overcome negative mental states and heal relationships with self and others. This informal workshop is free and open to everyone. Previous meditation experience is not necessary.
