Meditation is a traditional way to overcome negative mental states, and heal relationships with self and others. Self-contempt is a prevalent and damaging thought pattern, making it difficult for us to act kindly and live fully. In this all levels meditation workshop, we will discuss and practice various methods of healing our relationship with ourselves. Until we can feel self-kindness, self-compassion and self-forgiveness, we will be closed off to the richness that life offers.
Everyone is welcome to this free event, and no previous experience is necessary.
