Thursday, May 13th, 6:30 - 7:30 pm

What Influences your Money Choices?

This first of two virtual events explores the meanings people attach to their personal financial decision making.  It will help you gain knowledge and make positive financial decisions for your and your family.  This will be presented by Glenda Wentworth, CSU Extension, Family & Consumer Science Extension Agent who is an Accredited Financial Counselor with the Association of Financial Counseling, Planning & Education (AFCPE).

This event is scheduled via Zoom. Reserve your spot by emailing Robyn Bryant at robynb@evld.org or call her at the Eagle Public Library at 970-328-8800.  Begining April 12th, you may also request a free Money Smart Kit at any of EVLD's libraries.

Colorado State University Extension and Eagle Valley Library District are Money Smart Week Supporters. Even though Money Smart Week occurs April 10 - 17, 2021; we are teaming up and participating in Money Smart Week in April by providing kits to help you build financial capability by learning to save, spend and plan. Taking steps towards securing a financial future supports a community’s healthy economy.  Money Smart Week is a national public education program coordinated by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and delivered by a network of supporters that empowers people with the knowledge and skills to make better-informed personal financial decisions around the key financial pillars of saving, spending, borrowing and planning.
