Teen Cooking Class

Kick-off the 2017 Teen Summer Reading Program "Create, Build Discover" with colorful cooking.

The Eagle Valley Library District invites teens in grade 6-12 to participate in a free, hands on cooking class at all three of their branches with local culinary artist and teacher Tracy Miller, to help kick-off the 2017 Teen Summer Reading program, “Build a Better World.”  Tracy Miller has been a cooking professional since 2000 and her mission is to add fruits and vegetables to all meals. She is also the host of two culinary television shows on TV8 Vail and is a food contributor to a column in the Vail Daily. Her TV shows include “The Local Dish” where she interviews restaurant chefs and learns how to create their signature dishes.

Cooking classes will be held on:

Tuesday, June 6, at 6:30pm at the Eagle Public Library
Wednesday, June 7 at 6:00 pm at the Avon Public Library
Thursday, June 8 at 3:00pm at the Gypsum Public Library
