Do you have meeting rooms available for the public to use?
Meeting Room Use Policy
In keeping with its mission, the Eagle Valley Library District offers use of its meeting rooms to non-profit groups for informational, educational, or cultural activities of interest and/or benefit to the community. Use of the District’s meeting rooms does not constitute endorsement by the District, its staff, or its trustees of the viewpoints presented. Groups using the meeting rooms for programs not sponsored by the District may not publicize their events in any manner which suggests library sponsorship or affiliation.
Programs sponsored by the District are given scheduling priority and the District may cancel a reservation if the District needs the space for use. Preference is also given to groups whose meetings are free and open to the public and, due to the high demand for the meeting rooms, regularly scheduled recurring meetings are discouraged in order to insure equitable access to the facilities for the entire community.
The Director will establish administrative procedures for the implementation of this policy.
